Classified Staff Council Mission Statement

The University of Arizona Classified Staff Council (CSC) exist to serve as an advocate and resource to all classified staff.

Accomplishments:

  • Pay increases to red-circled staff
  • Membership on significant committees (Shared Governance, SPBAC)
  • Full implementation of true salary minimums
  • CSC Sponsored Town Halls
  • Non-voting seat on Faculty Senate
  • Part of the formation of Tri-University Staff Council
  • Emily Krauz Staff Endowment Fund
  • Employee Recognition Week
  • Monthly On-line Bulletin – electronic newsletter for classified staff
  • Crossroads Conference for staff professional development
  • Staff invited to take part in shared governance interviews with incoming presidential candidates
  • Staff invited to sit on administrative 5-year reviews

  • Life & Work Connections planning
